Security checks

Discord OAuth uses your Discord account and Discord-side 2FA when enabled.
Access should be limited by WEB_ALLOWED_USER_IDS or WEB_ALLOWED_ROLE_IDS.
Use HTTPS and set WEB_COOKIE_SECURE=true behind your reverse proxy.
Set a long random WEB_SESSION_SECRET. Do not use the default.
All login attempts are logged into web_auth_events.
